Nice one 👍 love your content mate. Spent hours watching your channel. Here’s a couple of tips if you want to try…. Wipe your knife with a wet cloth or sponge between each slice of the sushi & it doesn’t bind on the knife blade. Helps especially with a fragile mix. Add a squeeze of wasabi into your dish of soy sauce & mix it up with chop sticks. Then dip your sushi or sashimi into it. Oh, and use Kikoman soy sauce. My mrs is Japanese & she showed me 👍
